Kitchen

Our kitchen is large, with a comfortable layout, and has plenty of storage. It has wood laminate flooring, stainless steel appliances (the fridge stays!!) and custom concrete (Granicrete) counters. The lighting in the kitchen are all can lights, with 6 main ones and another over the kitchen sink. There is a water purifier system at the sink and also through the fridge. The faucet has been upgraded to a pull-out, one handle faucet. There is a large pantry to the right of the fridge. The laundry (washer and dryer also stay!) and half bathroom are also to the right, directly off from the garage.
The dining room area has plenty of room. The sliding glass doors out to the covered patio bring in a lot of light and make it easy to see the children playing on the play set outside. There is generous room for large tables and bar stools at the bar.

Entryway, Formal living room/ Salon and Family room

The entry way of our home walks into tile, helping keep the carpets clean longer. The stairs lead up to a 20 ft. tall entry, leaving the home feeling open. The formal living room/salon is to the direct left of entering the home. It has beautiful tile and the sink can easily be removed and made like new for a buyer that does not want a salon. The family room is very long and open. There is plenty of space to split the room into 2 separate areas.

Master bedroom

The master bedroom is enormous! There is plenty of space for a king size bed, a dresser and still room to exercise easily. The double doors leading into the room make it seem even more spacious. We have put in a fan (great for 2 story homes to keep rooms cool upstairs), which has a remote attached to the wall to adjust to the exact right speed and control the light.
The walk-in closet has built in shelves and drawers with plenty of space to store your clothing.
The master bathroom, while not large, has enough space for all that you need a bathroom for.

Bedroom 2

The second bedroom is the smallest in the home but is relatively large compared to most bedrooms. The curtains are from Pottery Barn Kids.

Bedroom 3

Bedroom 3 is a little girl's dream room. It is very long. Behind the door is a recessed area that is perect for a dresser or changing table, leaving room open elsewhere. While not pictured, the room has green and white vertically striped floor-length Pottery Barn Kids curtains, which help off-set the amount of pink in the room.

Main bathroom

The main bathroom separates bedrooms 3 and 4. It has 2 separate areas so that one child can be using the shower with privacy, while another can be brushing their teeth. It has plenty of storage with drawers and cupboard space.

Backyard

The backyard, while not enormous, is laid out very well. There is concrete curbing around the edges, with planting areas along the fence filled with shubs and bushes to give you the feeling of being more separate than you would otherwise. The covered patio is very large and provides the perfect area to sit and read or watch the kids play. The side yard also has a concrete path leading to the gate out to the RV parking of the driveway.
